Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology (USUCT)
Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Chemical Technology (hereinafter – Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology or USUCT) was founded in 1930. USUCT – the unique specialized University of Chemical Technology Profile in Ukraine, which became a state university as a leading educational, scientific and methodical center of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of Ukraine. The University is certified to Higher IV accreditation level. University students can study at 7 faculties by 17 directions and by 30 specialties with full-time and extramural educational forms. An educational process is carried out in 39 Departments with over 60 Doctor of sciences, Professors and 220 Candidates of sciences, docents.
The university has three Academic Boards that accept for defense of doctoral dissertations in 10 specialties. In total, more than 60 graduate students are trained in 27 departments and 25 specialties.
The university press has published more than 100 books, tutorials and monographs, registered in the National Agency ISBN. Currently, academic staff consists of 400 employees and 6000 students are studying at USUCT. Proposed education levels: Bachelor, Specialist, Master, PhD, Doctor of Science.
Nowadays the University has 8 educational corps with audiences and laboratories, 5 dormitories for 2600 persons, a sports complex, a sports and health camp, as well as 2 scientific research institutes (SRI) and 10 scientific and research laboratories (SRL).
