- Organize your group!
You need to appoint:
- Timekeeper
- Notes taker
- Slides maker
- Brainstorm!
You can use all available sources: slides, internet, etc.
- Timekeeper: Watch the clock and tell people about time left!
- Notes Taker: Write ideas in the GroupMap (you will get the link)
- Slides Maker: collect pictures, screenshots, links etc. from the discussion to present the ideas on PowerPoint slides (1-3 slides)
- Others: search and discuss ideas
- Presentation by each group
- Slides maker: demonstrate the slides to the whole group and tell about the discussion and findings
- Prioritisation by the whole group
You should designate around 1 hour to 1.5 hours for steps 1 and 2 and about 30 minutes for step 3.
