The process


  1. Organize your group!
    You need to appoint:
    • Timekeeper
    • Notes taker
    • Slides maker
  2. Brainstorm!
    You can use all available sources: slides, internet, etc.
    • Timekeeper: Watch the clock and tell people about time left!
    • Notes Taker: Write ideas in the GroupMap (you will get the link)
    • Slides Maker: collect pictures, screenshots, links etc. from the discussion to present the ideas on PowerPoint slides (1-3 slides)
    • Others: search and discuss ideas
  3. Presentation by each group
    • Slides maker: demonstrate the slides to the whole group and tell about the discussion and findings
    • Prioritisation by the whole group

You should designate around 1 hour to 1.5 hours for steps 1 and 2 and about 30 minutes for step 3.
